30-Day Return Guarantee
JR Copier Houston offers a 30-day return policy on purchased office equipment. We want you to be completely satisfied with your copier or MFD printer purchase.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date
- Equipment must be in good working order
- All original accessories, manuals, and packaging materials must be included
- Equipment must be free from physical damage, scratches, or modifications
- Original proof of purchase or invoice is required
Good Working Order Definition
"Good working order" means the equipment must:
- Power on and operate all standard functions (print, copy, scan, fax if applicable)
- Produce quality output without defects, streaks, or errors
- Have no error codes or mechanical issues
- Include all consumables (toner, drums) at reasonable levels
- Be clean and free from excessive wear
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Call (888) 498-2550 or email [email protected] to request a return authorization
- Receive RMA Number: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Schedule Pickup: Our team will coordinate equipment pickup at no additional charge within the Houston metro area
- Inspection: Equipment will be inspected upon return to verify good working order
- Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection approval
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:
- Credit Card: Refund credited to the original card within 5-7 business days
- Check/Bank Transfer: Refund check mailed or transferred within 7-10 business days
- Financing: Refund applied to financing account; contact your financing provider for details
Non-Returnable Items
- • Consumables (toner, drums, maintenance kits) once opened
- • Custom-configured or special-order equipment
- • Equipment with physical damage not caused by shipping
- • Leased or rented equipment (different terms apply)
- • Service contracts and maintenance agreements
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns where:
- Original packaging is missing or damaged
- Accessories or manuals are not included
- Equipment shows signs of excessive use
No restocking fee is charged if equipment is returned in original condition with all packaging and accessories.
Defective Equipment
If your equipment arrives defective or develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period:
- Contact us immediately at (888) 498-2550
- We will arrange for repair or replacement at no charge
- Warranty claims are handled separately from the return policy

Lease & Rental Equipment
This return policy applies to purchased equipment only. Leased and rented equipment are subject to their respective agreement terms:
- Lease: See your lease agreement for early termination terms and conditions
- Rental: Rentals may be cancelled with 30 days written notice; see rental agreement for details
